In this workspace you are able to manage customers, projects and settings of selected projects.

  • Create projects / companies
  • Delete projects / companies
  • Edit projects / companies
  • Share projects / companies
  • Track project status
  • Copy projects
  • Merge projects
  • Change project settings



CREATE NEW COMPANY

1. Click on the add-company-button at the top of the “Overview”- area.  By default, MSD generates a project         which is also automatically selected  (screen shot 1)

2. In the form on the right, you can edit the company form. It is recommended to enter at least the following data (screen shot 2):


  • Legal Company Name
  • Company address
  • Number of employees
  • Business Sector
  • Contact Person

Confirm all changes with the “SAVE” button.



CREATE A NEW PROJECT


3. Click on the add-project-button  on the top of the Company List. (screen shot 3)

4. The Project Form has 4 tabs in which information can be added. It is highly recommended to fill in as much

    information as possible. (screen shot 4)

5.  If necessary, create an individual address for your project (e. g. if the project address is different to the

     company address)


6. Within the Sales tub you can add financial information for reporting


7. Save your changes with the “Save”-button.
